Out of the Wild - The Mountain House
The Mountain House contains the Summit and Glacier Rooms, each with private bath, and a third room, the Nunatak, which shares the bathroom of either the Summit or Glacier room.
The Mountain House offers a spacious living area with a beautiful view of the Alaska Range. Enjoy looking at photographs and climbing equipment from the owner's thirty year climbing and guiding career. The furnished kitchen and dining area are the perfect place to cook your own evening meal and enjoy a glass of wine. Satellite TV with a DVD player and VCR are available, as well as free high speed wireless internet.
The Summit Room
The Summit Room includes: Queen size 4 poster bed, private custom tiled bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Enjoy a view of the Alaska Range from the expansive south windows, or spend time on the outdoor porch reading and relaxing.
The Glacier Room
The Glacier Room includes: Queen size bed and a private separate bathroom with custom tiled shower. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Alaska Range from its windows.
The Aurora Room
The Aurora Room, adjacent to both the Summit and Glacier rooms, does not include it's own private bath. It shares the bathroom from either the Summit or the Glacier room. The room has a serene view of the surrounding boreal forest.
